OGWA 2008
A Record-Setting Event
Oil & Gas West Asia 2008 was the
biggest ever edition of the
event in terms of number of
exhibiting companies, exhibition
space covered, and the total
number of countries represented.
The SPE EOR Conference, which
was organised by the Society of
Petroleum Engineers (SPE), also
attracted the largest number of
OGWA conference delegates from
within the region and from other
parts of the world.
All in all, OGWA 2008 had over
125 stands from more than 230
oil, gas and petrochemical
producers, suppliers,
manufacturers, distributors and
agents. Some 400 delegates
attended the associated OGWA
2008 SPE conference, and around
3500 industry professionals
visited the exhibition, making
it the largest ever gathering in
Oman of oil & gas industry
professionals
